Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup plant milk

Optional

  • 2 figs
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 Brazil nut

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to the bowl of your blender and process until smooth, around 1 minute.
  • Divide into 2 glasses and enjoy cold.

Notes

*You can also use 2 ripe bananas and a handful of ice cubes
**You can also use fresh turmeric and ginger
