These vegan banana and peanut butter popsicles are made with only 4 ingredients and are the perfect refreshing treat for this warm summer!

  • 1/2 cup plant milk cup
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter creamy
  • 3 deglet dates soften in hot water
  • 1 frozen banana large

Chocolate Version

  • 1 tablespoon plant milk
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder fair trade
  • pinch of salt


  • Process all the ingredients in
    a blender until you reach a smooth consistency.
  • Pour into the popsicle molds
    and freeze at least 4 hours.Divide into four popsicle molds and freeze 4 hours. To help get them out, soak the mold in warm water for a few seconds until they slide out.
