Raw latte with ginger & cinnamon

This raw latte features cinnamon and ginger and is a scrumptious option to replace your morning coffee. It comes together in only a few minutes and is incredibly creamy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons raw cashew nuts
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1-2 large Medjool date pitted
  • 3/4 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 cup 375ml water

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in your high-power blender. Mix for 2.5-3 minutes (I use the 35sec. function once and the 60sec function twice). The mixture should be heated by the movement of the blades.
  • Transfer to a mug and enjoy.

Notes

If you do not have a high-power blender, you can mix the spices with cashew milk and gently heat it up on the stove. Sweeten with maple syrup.
