Ingredients
  
1x2x3x

  • 3 organic bananas sliced and frozen
  • A splash of plant-based milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • Pinch of Ceylon cinnamon
  • Pinch of Cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients together and mix well until you have a smooth texture. Taste and adjust to your preferred consistency/sweetness.
  • Eat right away or place in the freeze for a couple of hours.
