Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 250ml organic orange juice
  • ½ cup 125ml water
  • About 2 inches organic fresh ginger thinly sliced
  • a pinch to 1/8 teaspoon powdered organic turmeric *see notes
  • Pinch of Cayenne pepper*
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small pot on medium-high heat, bring all the ingredients to a simmer. Let simmer for 5 minutes, pour into a tall mug and enjoy.

Notes

The more ginger, turmeric and Cayenne you add, greater the effects will be. Go according to your tolerance and work it up with time.
