Salted tahini date caramel

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g dates for me that was 10 Medjool dates or one packed cup
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Place the dates in a bowl, cover with hot water and let soak for at least one hour.
  • Drain the dates (you can use the water to sweeten tea, smoothies, etc.) and place them in the food processor.
  • Blend until you get a smooth paste. Add the tahini and the salt and blend again until homogeneous. Set aside.
